How This Auction Works

• Bidding opens online on March 5 and closes on March 12 at 4:00 pm.

• After online bidding closes, bidding continues in-person only at the event using paper bid sheets.

• Online bids become the starting bids for the in-person auction.

Important: Attendance Required

• You must be present at the event to win.

• If you cannot attend, you must arrange for a designated proxy to bid and/or claim any winning items on your behalf.

Payment & Pickup

• Winners must pay at the end of the concert.

• Items must be picked up at the end of the concert.

• Items not paid for and picked up that evening will be offered to the next highest bidder.
